David Evans

MD, DDS

Dr. David Evans is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered surgical care. A Utah native, he completed his dental training at the University of Utah School of Dentistry before earning his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He then completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency through the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and UPMC, one of the nation’s leading centers for complex maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Evans’ clinical practice spans the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with particular expertise in orthognathic surgery for both sleep apnea and corrective jaw repositioning, advanced TMJ surgery, and full-arch implant rehabilitation. He also provides complex bone grafting, gingival grafting, facial trauma reconstruction, management of oral pathology, wisdom tooth removal, minor facial cosmetic procedures, and all levels of anesthesia to ensure safe, comfortable surgical care.

Outside the Practice

Outside the operating room, Dr. Evans enjoys hiking, skiing, and boating. A dedicated sports enthusiast, you can often find him standing or pacing as he watches football or golf—a small reflection of his endless energy. He values time with his wife and two daughters and is excited to welcome a son the end of April. He is proud to return home to Utah and is committed to caring for the community that shaped him.
